Can I connect 2 Fender Rumble 100s together?

Is there any benefit to doing so (more volume, more air moving, etc.) I know on the Rumble 200 there is a cab extension port but on the 100 there is no such plug so here I am asking the experts.

Oh yeah! Fx send Amp 1 —> Fx return Amp 2. Amp 2 becomes a slave, all controlled by amp 1.

And I’ll tell ya, it’s freakin loud. I recently played an outdoor gig, drums and electric guitar, no PA line, and it kept up nicely. Sound guy confirmed it sounded just as good on the lawn as it did on stage.

2x100c beats 200c in watts and speaker surface; though you may want to choose 200c for tone of the 15” or headroom. I leave one at rehearsal, and rarely play the kind of gigs where I need both (only 3 x so far this year) so This setup works great for me. but if I was hauling them both regularly, I’d just get a 500c.

I Definitely considered the splitter box option. Obvious benefit being separate EQ controls. But I chose daisy chain for simplicity, one less power supply and one less thing to buy!

My ultimate goal here is to have 1 at home and 1 at our studio (So I don't have to lug an amp around everywhere) but I thought "Hey, I wonder if I can get more juice at gigs if these can be hooked together". And it appears as if the answer is a resounding YES, which I'm pumped about. Thanks guys!

That was the idea for me too. Now I’m thinking I don’t like moving the 100 from the practice space to the gig, and thinking about a 200 or 500 anyway!

But it’s a great rig, and bought me some time. And like I said I don’t use them both together that much; I think it’s just a GAS Fueling excuse....

Boy do I understand that. I'll eventually sell the 100 I just got and either get the 500 or the 200 with an extended cab added. That should be sufficient for anything we currently play. But I always seem to want more.

Forgive my stupidity. If I get another Rumble 100 to daisy chain. Do I have to plug in the bottom rumble 100? Also does the EQ and buttons for the top Rumble 100 control the bottom? Also how loud does this setup get?

Both rumbles get plugged in, top Rumble controls both. Bottom rumble engages only the power amp.

quoting myself here, just for others reading this thread:

I really liked the sound. Like the 100, but fuller, and punchier. I bet the second amp elevated up has a lot to do with the punch. I used it for a blues trio, never had it past 11:00. So pretty loud, even filled up a small lawn no PA with the rig.

I now run the Markbass CMD 2x12 rig. I’d say the Mark rig is “louder,” only because I can push it harder with more clarity. But the 2x100 rig is a beast- and depending on budget and goals it might be great for you. Considering you can pick up another 100 for 300 new/ 200 used, it’s a very cost-effective setup
