I get two eighths of top shelf delivered to my house for $65, but youve got to have your card. Prices have been going way down over the last few years. A MMj card is about $45 and lasts a year with a $35 renewal.
Youre paying more out there because someone has to drive out here to pick it up.
It's super easy to hide, and the TSA really aren't looking for it...they're looking for things that can aid in taking a plane down. That said, don't take this as any resemblance of advice.
Thanks for all of the comments! The last time I was in Hawaii, around 10 years ago, the "green harvest" had decimated a lot of the plants. Daily helicopter patrols over houses frightened people from growing.
Cocaine and alcohol had become big, neither of which I like. The pot that the locals had was mostly shake...very poor quality. People told me that they sent the good stuff farther away to get more money.
Ice and other hard drugs has really had major impact on the native population. More angry people with short tempers. My wife, daughter and I were at a Chinese restaurant in Hilo when a big fight erupted across the street in an apartment complex. Lots of punches thrown, bricks hurled through windows, children crying, women screaming. There is a lot of domestic abuse that is not reported. Low levels of education causes a lack of work which leads to all sorts of ugly situations.

I wouldn't recommend going through the x-ray scanner if you had it on your person, but it's no big deal if you want to opt out for a pat down, but keep in mind, they do get very "personal," as I'm told, of course...

Go to a cigar store and locate cigars that come in plastic tubes shaped like test tubes, or head shops that carry "doob tubes". Fill it (or them depending on your tolerance level) and insert into keister.

Or get "stinky proof" ziplocks and insert it into a sock soaked in Aqua Velva.

I traveled with it many times. I used to carry it in my laptop, in a dummy(empty) battery casing. I've also had it tucked into a pair of compression shorts. Then they started the x-rays & pat downs etc. Now, I put it in a metal altoids container, buried in my checked bag. I've gone to the south, Vegas & London this way. No issues.

A couple years ago, a friend of mine brought home two ounces of hashish on an airplane from India. He just put it in his pockets.

That doesnt seem very pricey in comparison.
Not to mention its delivered to my front door.
If I want some less potent stuff I can get it for $20-25 as well.
Prices have been decreasing steadily for years now.
A few years ago an eighth would go for $40-50.
Back when I started smoking it was $50-60.
But, cannabis culture in Canada is a whole 'nother subject, so Im told.
