Can we talk about marijuana?

I have my own opinion on he gun issue..I do not think our current group of lawmakers care who does or does not smoke. I think this is a case of them attempting to divide and conquer on the firearms issue...
first they take guns from smokers. Then the next time a gun control law comes up, there is less resistance, because the smokers do not care
Plus there will always be the smokers who are pissed off. How many of them will say something like "Well he owns a white ford. More people have died from white fords then from my bud...so if I cannot have a gun, why should the owner of that ford?" (I used the ford as an example because I drive a silver and white super duty...no offense to other ford drivers)

for the record, I am not a smoker, but I think this law is BS

33% of the population use or have used marijuana, but 50% support legalizing it. Support for the legalization of this drug has been growing steadily for a while now.
