CAn you get different inlays on your guitar

You can get it done, finding someone skilled enough to do it may be a little tough.
I had 300 pieces of abalone and mother of pearl put in the neck of a new Moonstone Bass (it is a vine) in 1984 and also had my initials laid the the headstock in ebony. It is excellent work and still looke great

In this age of CNC's, you can pretty much can get whatever you want. I'm old school and still hand cut pearl; Skull & crossbones are not a problem, but computer cut ones will be cheaper.

All that I mentioned above took eight months and was all done by hand. It freaks me out to look at it and imagining someone doing this by hand, it's flawless. That Bass was 2400.00 in 84, probably 5 or 6K now?
