Can't access my original account - all permissions denied

I can log in, but all permissions are denied - can't use Contact or Help links. Can't access any account features...all pages show an error message generated by the site software "you do not have sufficient permissions". Come on, I've been a gold member for 7 years.

Your original edpal account should work just fine now. Sorry, your account had incorrect usergroups assigned for some reason
