Can't leave feedback from the conversation page

Can't leave feedback from the conversation page. I click on "add feedback" and fill out all fields, including selections: trade type (seller) and feedback (positive). But I get this error ( see attached). Also, there's no option to get back and correct feedback, so everything I typed gets lost and I have to try again from scratch! This is not good taking into account that I have severe tendonitis and every additional typing hurts me more and more. Will appreciate your fix

It would appear from the error, that you're not actually clicking on the buttons to select the rating type and trade type...

If you mean clicking on the radio buttons - I did click on them - and double-checked it every time before submitting.
I tried leaving feedback a few times from that page during the week - it only worked once in 5 attempts.

Well they're not radio buttons, but you're talking about these, right?

They have to be clicked otherwise you get that error...

Yeah, I'm talking about these, sorry for using the wrong term, they're not radio buttons. And yes, I clicked them every time and made sure they're clicked, and got the error anyways.

Ok, thanks for the info. Unfortunately I'm unable to duplicate the error - every time I leave test feedback from the Conversations page (via the overlay that pops up), it goes through fine.

What browser and OS are you using? I'll forward to the feedback system developer.

It was Google Chrome, I guess on a Vista Home Premium machine. Can't tell for sure cos I upgraded to Windows 8.1 recently. Last time I tried leaving feedback from the same page and it worked fine, and it was on Windows 8.1

Safari on OS X here.

It didn't look like the click was registering. I tried selecting other options and the selected option didn't deselect. Ended up with all 6 buttons in the selected state. It appears to be just that overlay pop up form as I could leave feedback by going to the users profile page.
