cant make up my mind

hey everyone

im currently saving for a new bass (have been saving for a while) because i have some no-brand bass atm. I will be purchasing at the christmas time.

my situation is : If i have enough money my decision will be out of - Schecter stiletto studio 4 VS Fender highway one precision

If I dont save enough money my decision will be out of - Schecter stiletto custom 4 VS Fender Standard P bass MIM

Could i please get your opinions on both of those situations and maybe some feedback on what you think of those two companies in general.

oh and btw I play mostly punk rock. A little bit of metal but not much.

Thanks in advance

I've never owned a Schecter, but I do have an '06 Highway One P, which I like a lot. I have several much more expensive basses than the Highway One, but I'm very impressed with it. Great tone, and much lighter than my other 4 electrics, which are all ash. (The Hwy. One is alder.) Plus, I got a great deal on it. If you keep your eyes open, you can find real good deals on them.
