Can't post a photo!

I've put hundreds of photos up here, and for the last couple of days, no go.
I no longer get the 'full photo' or 'thumbnail' option, I can seem to drop them in...nada.
Has the procedure changed? This is what I get.

The pixel count of the above image is 21 million, which is higher than the default that our forum software is set to handle (for creating thumbnails etc). I'm going to try to increase the maximum pixel count to 30 million, with newer phones taking larger pixel-count pics, it's a must -

seems to work! I think the server can handle it ok, so I'll leave it set at 30 million
