A little late to the party.
First, I'm no expert on the music industry. However, I have worked with professional performers before (jugglers and actors if it matters).
From their website, they look like one of the "agent" scams. The things they are offering are what a performers agent typically does.
For the younger guys in your band, you can explain it like this. An agent is like a salesman on commission.
They only make money when they sell something (agents usually get 10%). The product they are selling is you (the band). They will work to get you gigs, record deals, whatever, because that is how they get paid. If they get you a gig paying $200, they get 10%. If they sign you to a $20 million record deal, they get 10%.
As was said, no legit company will ask for money upfront. There are a lot of actor, performer modelling "agents" around that do ask for money up front. Not, they don't guarantee you anything. They take your money, and that's pretty much it.
There are some shifty things on that website too.
1) Under the "process" tab. The say "We are only interested in working with artist that are willing to work hard for themselves"
That seems to say to me, "we expect you to do the work", In fact at no point do they ever say that they are willing to work hard for you.
2) This is the most misleading thing to me: Under the "process" tab they list "Endorsements" and they list some big name legitimate companies.
Read carefully: it says "Our Artist have endorsement options with these and many other companies"
That may be true. What they don't say is how they got that endorsement. They certainly don't say that their company had anything to do with it. It's quite likely that any of the artist that do have endorsements had them already.
That says a lot. If I was a company that's sole job is to help you "get record deals promote your band, etc." I would certainly talk up the fact "hey, I got these guy an endorsement deal."
The recording studio looks just like a recording studio, nothing odd about them.
