Thanks so much. There was another place to change the location filter.
It had said Canada so to I changed it to continental US, but it didn't change the currency.

I just located what you told me. I fixed it so all is well! I really don't know how it got changed in the first place. Very strange.

Some time back I listed a cab on Reverb and the buyer and I arranged for local pickup(beats shipping). He paid me then, and I paid Reverb at my next transaction with them. They knew but didn't contact me about it.
