Carol Kaye Book: Anyone else have a copy?

Ok, great. Mine is dated 1999, 2005.
Mine has a mixture of typeset fingerings (numerals 1 - 4) plus tiny hand-scribbled fingerings. I can't tell if the scribbled ones were added (in ink) by the previous owner of the book, or by Carol.
There's also some tiny scribbled position notes, e.g. "10 fr" or "5 fr".
Does your copy have these hand scribbled numerals?

Mine is dated 1999 only.
In certain spots it has only the typeset fingerings. The only place I see a position indication is on the Rhythm Changes exercise #2 on my page 37 - 5th line, last measure on the D natural quarter note.

Update:
Reconsidering the evidence, I feel there's some chance Carol herself added hand-scribbled fingerings and position notes. The book was autographed and personalized to "Mary" (thumbnail below). It's possible (not to say likely) that Carol added some annotations (evident below) for "Mary". (Did Carol teach privately?)

There's also this book: Concepts for Bass Soloing by Chuck Sher & Marc Johnson. I've had it a long time but it's SO far advanced way past me!
