Incision. Was much smaller than I thought. 1 inch? Got er iced up now. Didn't take my pain pills today to gage how it feels. Feeling pretty good already.

I too wish you a quick recovery. Also remember, the recommended exercises (strength, flexibility & scar tissue reduction) are truly as important as they say.
Good on ya, Glutah! Remember to massage the incision with cocoa butter regularly, it will keep the repair from growing back.
