Ebay is an older model (new ported cab style, but old tweeter). It was $475 the other day...maybe it will go back down.
The ebay combo is a good deal although the new tweeter has me interested (I may install that in mine when it is available as a part).
The BX500 head alone is $399.
The combo is $499 (as it stands now). You get the BX500, a speaker cab (w/neo speaker), a speaker cable (not a speakon though) and the rack kit minus 2 brackets (for protecting the knobs) for only $100 more than the head. Plus, if you were so inclined, you could put another micro head into the cab since the head is removable.
Can't say enough good things about the BX500...it has replaced my Thunderfunk as my main amp.
