CD services

You should be able to find someone locally to do the reproductions, but they will usually not do the art or the printing. My wife does the art for my band and a few others. She is very good and has every graphic program there is, I think. She then sends that to a printer who prints the inserts. We put the inserts in the cases.
Look around your local area. I'll bet you can find the resources you need on CL or other internet sites.

Just finished a jazz trio project and went with Kunaki. Am listening to my free review copy as I write this. Sounds fine.
As long as you have everything ready to go (i.e., artwork at 300 dpi in jpeg format, and a mastered CD), then with Windows, you can use their proprietary software to upload your project to their "machine." It worked flawlessly for me and took about 2 hours. That was 6 days ago. There are two other ways to get your files to them, but they recommend doing it their way (with their software).
If you're looking for a small run, say, no more than 200 copies, this is an excellent and non-expensive way to go.
