Changing Pickup In My Bass- Help!!!

I'm new here so.... anyway, I bought a Ibanez GSR200 and I was looking at new pickups online. I found a new Replacement Made in Mexico Jazz Bass Pickup and was wanting to know would it be worth replacing the Ibanez stock pickup with MIM J-Bass pickup. Also, how much would it be to get it replaced by a guitar repair tech?
