I just came across this now, so I've only started to give it a listen. I understand that some are not fans of SBL, but, be that as it may, my exposure to Mr. Berthoud has been very positive. He's an excellent player and composer, very inventive, musical, and entertaining. I think his story is one worthy of note in our little corner of the musical world:
