charvel bass question

i recently got a charvel model 2 bass off ebay and one of the volume knobs is a little loose i was just wonderin how to tighten em back up...by the looks ofit it just looks like you would have use a small flat headed screwdriver but for some reason the little screw inside doesnt wanna move either way:hmm:
can anyone help pleeasseeee:help:

probably rusted or some num-nutz misthreaded it when they put it on, or screwed it on a split-shaft pot when the knob was meant for a solidshaft, and broke the pot stem and now it's jammed in there. I have had the screws on some of mine be that tight..tight to the point where I had to use visegrips on the screwdriver for leaverage to get it out. worst that can happen is you crack the knob and you just replace it and the pot. easy fix IF that happened.

which one did you buy off ebay cause there was a few out there recently, including a couple of mine :)
