IME - you get what you pay for.
I recently upgraded by 25 yr old gig tuner to the Korg Pitchblack - was $60 on sale.
I also have this "cheap" one (Fender FT004)- which works great - until you get down to a low "B".
If you want cheap, I'd go with that. Handles bass, guitar and other standard tunings

Monoprice. It's the same as the GFS GT-90, which is basically a rebranded Pitchblack from what I've heard. I have one and it doesn't track my low B when I tune it down to Ab, but it tunes my four-strings and guitars no problem.

I don't have either of those, but I have an Fzone clip on tuner that is brilliant, has an inbuilt rechargeable via usb battery and I haven't had to recharge it in over a year. I use it once a week or so. I can vouch for the quality of this brand . That pedal of theirs looks pretty darn good,at that price you can't go wrong imho
