Cheap Elixirs ?

Does anybody know of an online shop that sells Elixir strings at budget prices?

They would need to have a reasonable world postage policy also,

Nope.Ain't gonna happen. Buy 1 set of Elixers,and they will outlast a normal set of strings 3 or 4 times over.So you save money in the long run. My main gigging bass has a set on it that has been played for close to 8 months,and are just now ready to need replacing.

Elixir's aren't cheap in OZ - but they do last forever (almost)

Combined to that - I've found they keep tension really well, giving a nice tension even down-tuned to C on their acoustic bass strings. $120 AUD for a set. Worth it.

agreed shop prices are 120 AUD... BUT I thnk if you order from overseas you can save a few bucks... last time I did it from a shop and paid the 120 cos I was in a hurry but the time before that I am pretty sure I got it cheap off ebay for about 75-80$...

thats the only thing that sucks about 5 strings, that lil but more on string costage
