Cheap no-silk strings?

Can anybody recommend some. It's for a photo shoot, the colored silk isn't wanted and the price should be on the low end.

D'addario makes some. Though the colored ball ends are a problem and cheaper would be better.

Thanks.

Just get some cheapo amazon strings. Or if you want someone reputable then Warwick red labels. They used to have silk but now its just bare wire. They have darker brass ball ends btw.
Also the Warwick strings aren't terrible sounding considering they are less than 10$ shipped for 4 strings. Also Silvertone makes a 10$ 4 string set.

Depends on how fast you need them. You can get these from China for a couple bucks.

Actually, if you want the cheapest and fastest answer, take your strings off your bass, hold the silk end near a lighter or the flame on your stove(one at a time), spend a couple minutes getting the remains of the silks off, then put them back on. Silks burn off pretty easily - you can quite easily do it without damaging your strings.
