Cheapest Looper

I want a looper very very very (Instert thousands of verys where nessicary) bad. But it's my understanding that I can not afford one.

What's the cheapest looper/is it horrible?

Boss RC-20 is the cheapest straight looper Ive found. Works well, but just like all the others, it has its ups and downs.

this one is cheaper, but I've heard bad reviews. There is a thread here somewhere about it.

the RC-20 is far from horrible. The RC-20XL looks downright awesome. they do cost about 100$ more than the Akai though.

If you can live with pretty simple features, there are numerous used rack mount digital delays out there for well under $100. DOD made units with as much as 8 seconds of delay, I think I paid $50 for mine.

The Boss DD-6 can record and loop play 5.2 s of music. Quality is more than decent and it only costs 140 at zzounds.com . It's also an excellent delay.

That Boss looks pretty cool.
