I've trying to reach Scott Henrie, a great luthier in Chicago area, without success. It's been a few years since I've been in touch with him. Does anyone know if he's still around and working on basses?

Andrew Hassel is great as is Yumi Fujimoto (highly recommended by Arnold Schnitzer) at A440 as is Mark Sonksen. You can choose based on whoever is nearest you. They all do excellent work!
