So I'm heading up to Chicago in a couple weeks for 5 days. Tell me TB, what do I need to do/see there?

I still stand by everything I recommended there. I can't recommend visiting Lakland enough, those guys are the coolest. Just be sure to set up a time with them. Also, Portillo's is an excellent place to get Chicago dogs--yet it has a big menu if you're with people who want something else.Excellent. That thread pretty much takes care of it. Thanks.
But if anyone else has anything else to chime in with, it is still appreciated.
Side note: Ft. Lauderdale and Gainesville are the only places I've lived in longer than Chicago (almost 7 years here). I work downtown, so if you're up for food and/or beer, let me know and maybe we can figure out a time.
Ah, that's cool. Enjoy the trip, and let me know if you have any questions.I would be completely down for that, but I'll be traveling with my parents and its unlikely that I'll be able to break free from them for that. I'll let you know if that changes.
Mike, thanks for the endorsementTake your parents along. Greg is a super cool guy, adaptable to all age groups.
People of all ages like to eat, so break bread with Mr. Chicago, GregC.
