i'm sooo damn tired of chicken caesar salad! every gig i do i somehow get pushed into it. "what would you like to eat,,, chicken caesar salad??" then i wait..... nothing else is offered. they think it's exotic, the wild mix of animal and vegatable. but i'd gladly give up my 5 ozs. of chicken for just one shrimp. i've heard it tastes quite nice. but i guess it costs about 400 times what chicken does. well, dare to dream,,,, dare to dream.

Some places have caesar salad with filet bites. That's way better than chicken. Salmon is pretty dang good on a caesar too.

I tried the weirdest-sounding Caesar salad once. It was a regular Caesar salad with a grilled chicken breast and peanut sauce on top. I thought that it was going to be really strange, but it worked.
