Choose my 2nd bass...?

Looking to buy my 2nd bass...

Right now I have a MIM PBass w/ some flats on there (Seymour Duncan Antiquity Pups are on the way)...

I'd like to get another relatively inexpensive bass (upgrading as I go).

For versatility's sake, what should I go for next? Any opinions?

Just go play everything you can get your hands on in your price range. Go with what works for you.
