Choosing an Overdrive pedal.... Help!

I never said that Darkglass and Tech 21 pedals are based of tube screamers. They do however have a circuit that emulates a tube amp. Tech 21 Sansamp and VT are based of a Ampeg SVT. And darkglass is the modern boutique take with serious mids from Finland. No need for snide here.

The last pedal Darkglass made(Alpha Omega) doesn't emulate any tube amp at all. And the B7K/VMT offerings can emulate a range of amps.

Where was I being snide? Can you point that out to me?

that sounded familiar. So there are Bearfoot Blueberry & Honey Bee, and the Mad Professor Blueberry & Sweet Honey. And the Mad Professor ones say BJF Design. I assume they are the same pedals? Is one Blueberry better than the other?

The bearfoot bb is the only one of those that I have owned, but they are defiantly different.
