Chord Tracker App

I discovered a link to an app called "Chord Tracker" by Yamaha. It analyzes any song on your iPad (unsure of whether there is an Android version), and displays a chord chart.

I doesn't look like there is a way to export it into OnSong or other app, but it does a pretty decent job of transcribing the chord changes. It occasionally over-complicates things by adding unnecessary extensions, but those are easy to ignore.

And, it's free!

I have the Yamaha Chord Tracker. Is there a similar APP for breaking down bass parts, or even a feature within the aforementioned APP to do that?

I just discovered this app for Android. It is a amazing app. Great for practicing!
It is not 100% correct, but that makes it for practicing even more fun.

Strange that this topic about such a usefull tool, is 3,5 years old, and has only 3 replies.

Sounds like Chordify, which I use sometimes when I'm too lazy to work out a tune.
That uses YouTube videos, and can be a bit hit and miss, but rarely totally off.

I use it on my iPhone and iPad. Someone sends me a guitar part and I run it through the app. Handy.
