No worries, I forgot you were an E2Ler... Your English is way better than my German! (I actually studied German for 6 years, but it was a lifetime ago, and I remember nothing.)Been thinking too much about university. In Germany when a company is giving out shares, we (the IASB) refer to that as emission (the company is emitting new shares). So I basically thought leaving out notes is kinda like that. I kinda forgot that the term omission even existed haha
