Chris Bruce

Is anyone familiar with Chris Bruce? He is Seal's current road bassist. I picked up Seal's DVD "Live In Paris" and that band is smokin!
I can't seem to find any info on him. I also can't figure out what kind of basses he uses; he gets a great tone.

Chris use to play with Doyle Bramhall Jr.
He used a fender Jazz bass, and a gibson EB3.

Does anybody recognize which basses he plays? They are the same brand, they are Jazz Bass and P-bass configurations, but they have very small heads. Did anyone watch this DVD?
