I know he's Welsh but I don't hear any Welsh in his voice. It sounds distinctly different to English and a whole lot worse!

That's cool CB agrees he was a little out there. Kind of sounded like it.
Kind of slimy of whoever leaked it IMHO. Sure he's a celeb but everybody says & does things not intended for a universal audience. I bet leaker dude says & does some inappropriate yet morbidly entertaining things when he/she thinks there are no cameras on. So is that cool, can I go ahead and record & post it? (No, you'd rather I didn't? Well WT*!)
If CB owes anyone an apology it would be to whoever was there at the time. The rest of us, it's not really our business.
And yet, here we are...
The film is insured to protect against loss if a star can't [or won't] continue filming. By contract, the tape had to go to the insurer. I'll bet that's where the leak came from.
