I'm looking at the .112 .082 .061 .045 .031 set for DGCFBb tuning... I'm assuming the .112 for D would be pretty similar to a standard tuned .105 E?

A .105 E-string on a 34" scale is about 40.3 lbs of tension. A .112 D is 38.17 lbs of tension and a .118 D is 42.19 lbs. .112 it's a little lighter, but not much. I find that Circle K's are very flexible and so, to feel more or less the same as your current strings, I err on the side of more tension.
I picked up one of my older bass's that I haven't played in a while ( it has DR hi beams on it) and to me at this point it was almost unplayable....
...P.S. you don't need a 35" scale bass for piano like clarity on the B string just these strings!!!!!!

Anyone have any tips on picking strings for a 32" scale bass? I'm interested in trying a set of balanced tension strings on my MIJ 32" Fender Jazz.
