Clatter is well known on a couple of other bass related forums. Musicplayer.com bass forum and Ebassist.com forums. And she's a cutie as well. She plays very well!

I've only been to the airport in Iceland and always wanted to go back -- I thought it was so beautiful! Who knows, maybe it will happen!!
Well, I listened to the album four or five times yesterday at work. My verdict:

I saw this TWO piece band in a very tiny ad in this months issue of Bass Guitar Magazine, and the ad said they were even sponsored by Talk Bass...whats the story on them? I have a friend who started a two piece "band" here in Denver, and it was pretty much the first Id heard of such a thing...could we be seeing the start to a new trend in music?

Easy - they're a two-piece band with an acoustic/electronic drummer and TB's own Tosya (Amy) on a Ric whose output is split thrice into clean, effected, and distorted rigs. As if that unholy amount of bass isn't enough, they actually have the audacity to write good songs! The nerve!!
Seriously, they rock harder than a fried peanut butter and 'nanner sammich. The [Invalid or Expired Link Removed] is worth every underpriced penny and then some. I've missed them live a few times for a variety of reasons (all mine, and I really should apologize to Amy
), but am looking forward with great anticipation to Tosya, their upcoming DVD. The next best thing to seeing pink hair live, I suppose. This "new trend" is at least a few years into the mainstream (White Stripes, Yeah Yeah Yeahs, et al), and has been underground for long before that with The Jon Spencer Blues Explosion and others. Sorry to let you down on that one.

Amy rocks big time. I've seen them twice and there is plenty enough going on there you don't really miss the little stringy thing. Best Rick sound I've heard since that older British guy who plays one...
