What do you guys use to clean uprights? Also what's best for the fingerboard?

I use mineral oil - the stuff for cutting boards and butcher block counters. I think on a carved bass it isn't advised because the wood sucks it up, but on plys and fingerboards it's ideal, imho.

I’m gonna get yelled at, but I use lemon pledge on the body, alcohol wipes on the strings, and just rub the fingerboard with soft cloth

Not yelling, if it works for you. Just be aware that many furniture polishes, like Lemon Pledge, have silicon in them that can make finish repairs difficult if you ever need them.
I use a slightly damp microfiber cloth on mine. If you rosin buildup, I understand using the same kind of cloth slightly damp with alcohol can help.

I wound up using a French violin polish they recommended where we bought it. Used my Kaiser lemon mix for the board. Alcohol on the strings. Took a few hours but it looks good.

I too use a fiber cloth with a bit of Pledge on it for dusting once a month. Never sprayed on the body, though.
