Guessing that it sounds kind clinical, modern--like the Steinberger sticks made of composite. No body or neck resonance from wood. Not knocking it; just saying that seems to be the effect of using synthetic materials for bass bodies and necks.

Guessing it's heavy, thinking of the plexiglas Dan Armstrong bass.

Windex, which has ammonia in it, might be harmful to the finish. New plexi-glass drum shields come with warning to NOT use Windex or other glass cleaners with ammonia in them.

So everyone preparing to run out and buy one of these plexi wonders keep this in mind...
