Closing a thread...

OK, so I've looked everywhere for a tool to close a thread. I read the posting about 'un-checking the box that lets others post in this thread' - can't find that. Within the thread in question, under thread tools, there is only 'edit title' available.

The only times I've seen a thread closed was when the OP asked a moderator to do so or a mod did it b/c it needed to be.

TB members can only close own threads in the classifieds forums. Closing a thread elsewhere requires a moderator.
