Here it is... Along with a REDDI that was also raffled off... It's considered an LG5 Custom: Black Poly finish, single-ply/non-beveled black pickguard and hybrid "Jimmy-wood" fingerboard... Beautiful bass!
And dog bone dot inlays!
There is also a paw print on the back of the headstock but I forgot to take a pic.
Could someone bring me up to date on the Caesar bass?? Corse I know who Caesar is. Is he still with us??? Is this to off set vet bills?? LOVE the Dog bones markers.

Jimmy wood.. Is about as close as you are gonna get to Dalbergia Nigra without getting Dalbergia.. More so than Madagascar.. People that know that Dalgergia thing will understand what Im saying...

Hey everybody just wanted to thank those who came out to the 2nd annual Alleva-Coppolo St. Valentines day Bassacre. Thank you for your support and donations for the ongoing research by Pivotal BioSciences, Inc. . Congratulations the raffle winners : The great Mike Merrit who won the RED DI direct box and Clark Dark who won the Alleva-Coppolo LG5 Custom, both relatively new to the west coast- welcome to Los Angeles 
. Thank you to the vendors who exhibited: Peter Montessi of A-Design who not only exhibited but added a RED DI direct box for the fund raiser; Edmond of IGIG not only for exhibiting but bringing the best ever organic- gluten free vegetable egg rolls; Justin Huth of Aguilar for bringing the Tone Hammer 350 and hooking everybody up; Sonjia Gust of Gigantor Studios who not only offered a DR string give away but also throughout the day freshly brewed 8 gallons or so of her special blend of Chai Tea; Andre and Taylor of Spectr Audio for exhibiting and providing sound for the clinics and performances; Rob Allen for bring out a few amazing must have Basses; Lou Laurenti of Bass Southwest who brought out some beautiful Smith basses; George of Bass San Diego who represented MTD and F-Bass; Steve Ondich for bringing a few choice pieces of exotic wood. A huge thanks for the following musicians that turned it to eleven in performance and/or presence: Reggie Hamilton Thanx for doing my job and MCing most of the show. Your clinic was filled with a lot of useful info plus it set the tempo for the second half of the show. Your closing performance with Tim Lefebrve was the best way to end the evening. Oscar Cartaya, what can I say the climax of the event the set you and the boys played left everyone speechless I cant thank you enough. Of course Tim Lafavre for not only the performance but doing your best Jimmy Coppolo impersonation- it floored the crowd. Mike Merrit, a big thanks not only for the cool back home NYC hang but also for performing for us on the spot; enjoy the RED DI box. A special thanx to the following great players who blessed us with their presence and just solidified the level of musicianship that made sure to stop by: Andrew Gouche, of course the one and only my old friend from NYC Rufus Philpot, Hadrien Feraud, Dante Nolan. And last but not least a big thank you to my wife Sebnem, who without her help and support the event wouldnt have happened. For those of ya who couldnt make it, next time I will schedule a date that does not fall on a three day holiday and a later start and end time.

The model is now a Basic NF which I offer in a 5 and 4 string. The price in the United States is actually a little lower than $3500.00 but the moderator will probably get mad if I post the pricing info. I sort of merged the Basic and the NF (or at least their model names) to make a more affordable players bass. The Basic NF photo'd is a LG and has everything the LG is known for. For those of you who remember the NF had an Aguilar three band, no passive tone, no guard and import hardware. I think by now most of you know I no longer offer any other options than genuine Alleva-Coppolo proprietary, it simply doesn't make sense and wouldn't be an Alleva-Coppolo with anything else
. The finish on the body and neck is a natural satin clear, and the pickguard is just a single ply guard that I don't bevel. Since I am now painting the urethanes and polyesthers I am a bit more free to get the results I want and in the case of this bass, adjust the price down a little. It was a hit at NAMM and I hope many of you will like it. It's a perfect bass for a player who is more concerned with tone and playability rather than a high gloss custom color. - JimmyYes Caesar is here and doing well all things considered, thank you. All the donations raised by the fund raiser bass I raffled off at the Alleva-Coppolo Bassacre TM went to Pivatol BioSciences Inc. . They have what they believe is a cure for cancer... just as many claim. The CEO actually spent some time at the show and not only explained his "cure" but was open to my grilling questioning. He was very sincere about his cause. He also seemed very awake on how the world is and agreed with me on the politics behind/regarding big pharma. Early in the conversation I asked him if he had a patent or TM on his "drug" and his answer was no, and he added that he didn't want one, he just didn't want to see anyone suffer the way his mom had; she past away from Cancer many years ago. Now havin said that I don't believe his method can be patented as it is a natural accuring substance, which he also agreed and agian stressed that he didn't care if everyone on the planet was able to create their own "cure" based on his ingredients- he just doesn't want anyone or any animal to suffer and die from cancer. Later on in the conversation I mentioned if he truly had a cure he'd be in for a lot of trouble and a big battle, as their is no money in a cure and big pharma, and the money behind them would never allow a cure to happen. I also mentioned Dr. Burzynski who actually has a proven cancer cure naturally synthesized at his facility in Houston who has been indicted at least 13 times by the FDA and big pharma-all cases thrown out by the way but tied the man's time and funds. The CEO was totally aware of the Dr. in Houston I spoke about and not only is raising funds to continue his research to test his method on humans but knows that he'll probably have to prepare for his own indictment(s). The point of all of this besides the obvious is that I wanted to be 100% sure that the funds raised were going to the right place.
