Combo Amp Opinions

I'm looking to pick up a new combo amp as my Ampeg BA-108 has started to make 'buzzing' noise, predominately in the A chord. (apparently this isn't a unique problem.)
Fortunately, I have pro coverage from Guitar Center...for 2 more months...
I refrained from posting 'best' combo amp, as opinions are like...& everyone has one.
Im looking for something in around the $500 range, but can be moderately flexible. I'm curious to hear what you all have to say. Cheers! (considering the Ampeg BA-112)

(also curious if anyone has any opinions on MarkBass combo amps as well)

I don't know, Applefan 76 has a Fender duo 10 350 Watt tv bassman for sale in the classified ads. I bet it would make you smile! Seems like a great deal, nice looking amp too!

(also curious if anyone has any opinions on MarkBass combo amps as well)

I played a couple of MarkBass combos when I was looking for a practice/small gig amp. I ended up going with a GK MB-115-II, because it frankly sounded better to my ears. I think a lot of that has to do with the style of music you're playing, though.

I'd recommend one of the new Ampeg BA series combos or a GK MB series combo.

I should have mentioned also, I like the Ampeg's cuz' it has the RCA inputs...(hook up the iphone/ipad) are there other combo's you can do this with...even if you may have to go about in a different manner) don't want to be married to ampeg, while good, just for RCA jacks...

The Fender Rumble 500 in either combo or head is getting rave reviews over at the Fender Rumble Club. Much Love For Sure. $500 for the 2x10 combo, or $400 for the head at all major e-tailers + GC too. It's definitely worth your while to go try out some Rumbles. The 100's and 200's are also highly recommended by all that own them.

The GKs have a 1/8" jack for this purpose.

The Invalid Link Removed combos are nice.

Pull the speaker in the BA108 and see if any of the inside padding has come loose. If it has, re-attach it. Very simple fix.
