Combo or Stack? Acoustic Brand 200w

I'm interested in the 200w Acoustic models. I've found the B200 combo on Craigslist for $300 but I also found the 200w head and 15" cab being sold together for the same price ($300). I'm a hobbyist so I don't have lug my gear around too much. I've always had combos. Should I get the head/cab rig? What are the advantages of each?
