Another one I see a lot (usually on court shows for some reason) is
"He borrowed me 500 dollars" instead of "He laoaned me 500 dollars"

"Loaned" is actually incorrect. It should be "lent".

The other one that I am seeing more and more is people incorrectly using "loose" instead of "lose.

Incorrect "Hey, you made me loose track of the beat."
Correct "This strap is a bit loose."

She takes "down to the wire" and "crunch time" and gets "down to the crunch-wire"

It was in quotes for a reason. I'm knot confusing them, but others dew. That's why I rote it that weigh.

When I go to the store the clerk says "Please enter your PIN number"

PIN = Personal Identification Number, so does she want me enter my Personal Identification Number number?

And when I ask for cash back they tell me i have to get it at the ATM machine.

*PIN NUMBER* is actually printed on my local bank's ATM- or should I say ATM machine?

When basketball announcers say "there's a 2-second differential" between the game clock and shot clock. Unless they're involving transmissions, or other such gearing devices, they should be saying "there's a 2-second difference."
