Connecting 2 Mixers

Currently, my PA gear consists of 2 RCF 312A speakers and a Yamaha MG166CX mixer. For an upcoming gig, I am mixing for a rock band that is playing at a bar for 50-75 people. Even though the venue is very small, I don't think 1 monitor will be enough for everyone to hear themselves (even if I am only running vocals in the PA) so I am thinking about connecting my mixer into the band's Phonic 620 to power their 4 monitors that they use for practice (all together, the mixer puts out 200 watts, or 100 watts per channel at 4 ohms and the speakers are 10" at 96 dB SPL) my first question is, do you think I even need to bother with their speakers or will I be good with just my gear? If i should use their mixer, I was thinking about connecting it this way:

Yamaha mixer- 1 RCF speaker in main out, 1 RCF speaker in Aux send 1, connection from Aux send 2 to powered mixer line input.

Will this work or should I go about it a different way? Thanks!

The way I would do it is, 1 x RCF left main output of the Yamaha. 1 x RCF right main output of the Yamaha. Then Yamaha aux 1 output to aux input of Phonic, use the aux 1 channel volume controls for individual monitor levels. Use the Yamaha aux 1 master volume as the master volume on the monitors. I would turn the Phonic up to full volume. 2 of their speakers on each output of the phonic for monitors. You may get mains hum by connecting 2 amps together and I'm sure that getting rid of this is covered elsewhere on this forum. Also, use a screened lead to connect the Yamaha to the Phonic.
