Connector Plug

Thanks but see post #12...:)
Yeah, I saw that. If it were me, though, that would be the point at which I would start to rethink the placement of my gear. We often place our stuff in a way that works well enough to begin with, but we tend not to reconsider that placement when things change, and instead think up complicated solutions to a problem that could easily have been solved by a simple reshuffle.

Well....y'see.... the problem has been negated because I decided to sell the bass in question....

For Sale - Colibri Gedovius Singlecut Fretless 4 String Short Scale

A thing of beauty in every way and a bargain to boot!....:bassist::hyper:
Much better than getting a $6 plug.

I found some that does what you want but they go TRS to TS and are pretty long. When adding adapters always be cautious about the stress they will add to the jacks.

Fair well ol' Colibri Gedovius, I love that Bass.

Well good luck with that!
Who’d wanna buy a bass that won’t take a right angle plug, anyway? :smug:
Or did you just get bummed out by the Single Cut thread?

Single Cut basses, Just a fad?
Didn't take any notice of the single cut thread....

Thinking of starting a similarly stupid thread...

Fender basses, Just a fad?.....

Genuine reason for me wanting to sell is that I'm having a bit of eye trouble due to the horrendous cocktail of drugs that I'm having to take and I'm struggling to see the fret markers in anything other than bright light....

As I still, very much need the fret lines, it has to go....:(

Oh bummer. Sorry to hear about that. I hope that’s something that can be resolved.
Seems like it’s time for fretless then. ;)

I haven’t been able to play for several weeks myself due to wrist pain. Still working that out. So I know how it is to have medical issues get in the way of things we enjoy.

Good luck Buddy.

Thanks Old boy....

Saw an eye bloke who blamed it on the drugs and told me that my eyes were now stable and that I should go out and buy some glasses....

Did that....Bought a pair of readers and a pair for more general use...

Eyesight changed again!

I now own $500 bucks worth of useless (to me) glasses....:crying:....

Hope that your wrist pain is fixable........

Good luck to you too....:)

So you go from Most Expensive Resturant in Town: Bigbottom's Well Wishes. to soon after having wrist pain? :smug:

Get well you two.
Thanks again.
Yeah, I went off my main Arthritis med before the surgery because it affects the ability to fight infection.
Started it back up but it takes a while to get going. Otherwise, will see the surgeon in a few days and hope to be released for normal activities. I’ll be back to my old self soon.
