Controlling my monitor's volume.

ehhhh....... i'm not a big fan of running like that. lots of issues getting it right. long term, getting a good deck, that's designed for that specific type of purpose, will be better.

I run my powered monitor in these sorts of situations with my Rolls PM 351. I also but my Bass thru the monitor also and dial in the level with the Rolls box.

We are just weekend warriors. Aside from the monitor mix issue, the PA actually sounds pretty good.

Is that with your current mixer or is that through a different rig? I see you said it was so.... I do agree, you sound fine with what you got, but I understand the need to bump up to a mixer with a dedicated aux send for your monitors.

But I totally am digging the Elvis vibe!

Oops. My bust. Thought most of those mixers had at least one aux. upgrade to a Mackie pro fx series or something with at least 1 pre fader aux send.
