Converting to Fretless

I've been toying with the idea of converting my Spector ReBop to fretless. Who could i send it to? East coast preferred as i live in Maryland. How much would it cost to have the frets removed, and the neck cleaned and epoxied? I posted this in the repairs forum but i think that here might get a better response. Thanks.

Is there some sort of guide or something, lol. The most i've ever done with my basses is tinker with their electronics. I don't know the first thing about the actual structure of one, at least enough to make one fretles and epoxy it.
