Never been a big fan of Billy's solos, mostly found them to be boring displays of fast flashiness with no real melodic substance, but always dug his grooves. But I have to admit this solo he plays with Niacin here is pretty nice.
I mean it's pentatonic wanking like other stuff he's done, but it's damn cool pentatonic wanking, delivered with a lot of attitude and a nice grindy tone, you can even see Dennis Chambers give him a little smile towards the end of it.
Solo starts around 3:09 if you don't want to wait, but the tune is pretty cool too, especially Dennis Chamber's drumming.
