Especially Khajiits.
Most Khajiits are in the Thieves Guild (Am I being racist?), and where do Thieves Guild operatives hang out? In clubs. Where's the number one place to listen to live music? Clubs. Khajiits, therefore, need p-basses.

Not at all, I mean, it's a common fact that Khajiits are thieves that live in shabby towns like Bravil and Leyawiin.
They all hang out at The Lonely Suiters Lodge, drink skooma and watch the live acts.

I don't know about this "Bravil" and "Leyawiin" cause sadly I only got to play Morrowind... but if they're anything like some of the shabby towns in Morrowind (that one northwest of Balmora comes to mind) then yeah... pretty much.
My character loved skooma.

I accidentally got my mage character addicted to skooma.
There goes all my intelligence and willpower... man did he run fast though.

The only reason my character doesn't live there is because the house you get sucks, even when its fully decked out. $8000 for that piece of crap? Rip off!! Maybe I'll just kill some Argonian couple and occupy their house.
I don't even play Oblivion anymore...finished pretty much everything except a few sidequests and the Thieves Guild quests. Sequel please!
I got up to 99% completed on my first character... I love it so much that I just keep making new characters from different races with new skills and attributes.
Mainly because I have nothing else to play on my 360. Bioshock looks very, VERY cool though. I think I might have to get it.I just started Bioshock last night and it's incredible. I also got Blue Dragon yesterday, I ain't started that but it's got my brother hooked already!

shoulda used a warwick.
Plus, with a Warwick, lets say, a Thumb, once you're done battering enemies you could sit down and jam on it!
