Now, he was not the vocalist on all the major original recordings by the band, but it didn’t really matter, and my peeps actually sang on a couple of deep cuts. Aside from the obvious ode to Boston, it was great to hear “Sometimes Good Guys Don’t Wear White”, “Why Pick On Me”, “There’s A Storm Coming”, “Try It”, and “Medication”, which takes on a whole new meaning as the guy is 83. But hey, with a couple of local strippers hired to be go-go dancers, it was a great Sunset Strip kinda night, riot or not.
