The name Melissa Villasenor may not ring a bell, but she used to be a cast member of Saturday Night Live between 2016 and 2022. Here she is playing her white Fender Stratocaster on a recent stand up special. And she’s a very versatile singer, too—I’ve seen some of her posts on Instagram and YouTube and she has an angelic singing voice.
You guys should also go on YouTube and listen to her impression of Gwen Stefani—the first time I heard it, I was amazed as to how much Melissa Villasenor sounded like Gwen!

I bought that Jerry Doucette album when it came out and still have it along with a couple other albums of his. Good stuff. He should have been bigger. I played Mama Let Him Play in a couple bands and people loved the song.
