Well, no. They WERE different people but i always loved the fantasy that Leon was really Frank.

As that is the four piece Yardbirds, it would have been in '67, possibly early '68 as things were winding down for the band. By the look of the crowd, I'd say it was at a UK college gig(very formal), probably a technical school that wouldn't have many female students in those days, but if you expand the photo, there are quite a few girls up front.
