Overall, I really hated the 80's musically.
There were some great exceptions like in every time period or decade in our lifetimes, but a lot of it was just torture.

There was some great stuff in the 1980s: ska, REM, U2, Sisters of Mercy, Cocteau Twins, The Cult, early Dead Can Dance, several great albums each by Kate Bush, Peter Gabriel, The Human League, Heaven 17, New Order, and much more. There was also some less good stuff, but there was no shortage of good stuff compared to any other decade.

I absolutely agree: the Most Overrated Actor in the history of cinema...and an unapologetic asshat of a bigot as well!

I'll no deny enjoying The Quiet Man...but I'm so steeped in all tings Irish...me Mum n me Da saw to dat.

In light of how many people think of Chuck Norris as an actor, I still think it's a pretty funny meme. :)
