I think this is John McVie, but I really can't tell

That's a John McVie expression if I ever saw one! It looks like he's playing a P-bass. With all the legends listed on the poster fluttering in the background, it sure lends credence to the time period also. My money says yes!

let me say and a lot of people do not know this but the domes on Devo members heads were originally #1 made by the company I work for for many years and # 2 they are step feeders! it was absolutely crazy when these guys came out on MTV wearing our step chicken feeders which we were selling to Tyson Farms on their heads not sure why they were keeping that a secret? but those are the facts.
